The OREAS range of Certified Reference Materials are currently stocked in three global locations:

The main warehouse and manufacturing facility is based in Melbourne, Australia and we are continually expanding our global network.

Analytical Solutions Ltd service the North American region, X & M Suppliers service the West African region and EnProTech services Russia. All three companies employ geologists who can provide expert advice and service.

Payment Information

What payment options are available?

We currently support payments made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, direct deposit (EFT) and card payments on pickup (EFTPOS).

What currencies do you accept?

Orders are processed in AUD only. For USD payments please contact our Sales support team.

Do prices shown online include Goods & Services Tax (GST)?

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. GST is only applicable to Australian customers. For countries outside Australia, please check with your local customs office whether duties and taxes are applicable.


Are your online stock levels accurate?

Whilst measures are in place to ensure 100% accuracy, it is important to note this cannot be guaranteed, nor is it implied to be error free. All online stock indications should be used as a guide only.

How do I alter an online order?

Once confirmed, you cannot directly alter an online order yourself and will need to contact our Sales support team for assistance. Order alterations are generally instantaneous via telephone, whereas email cancellations will require 24 hours’ notice (excluding non-working days i.e. weekends and public holidays).

Can I collect my online order directly from your warehouse?

Yes you can. Please select ‘Own Courier’ as the shipping option and in the ‘Courier Name’ text box type: pickup.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are based on location and size/weight of order. Using our online quoting tool you can view the available shipping options once you’ve entered a shipping address.

Can I order a unit size not offered on your website?

Custom packaging is available providing sufficient stock is available. This service will incur a surcharge fee depending on the product and number of units required.  Lead times are dependent on our current schedule. For more information please contact our sales support team.

When will an out of stock item be available again?

Each OREAS CRM is produced from a unique parcel of natural rocks and ores so when stocks of a CRM are depleted, we are unable to perfectly reproduce it due to the unique nature of the mineral composition of the original batch. For this reason, a CRM designed as direct replacement of a particular CRM is given a unique code and its own round robin certification program.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide to over 130 countries. Once you have added items to cart, please use the drop down list in the ‘Shipping’ section to see if your country is available for shipping.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately our courier companies are unable to make deliveries to Post Office Boxes.

Who pays for duties/taxes?

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order if you have any concerns.

When will my order be shipped?

If the products you order are in stock (pre-packaged, on our shelf ready to ship) they are generally shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders for unpackaged products may take up to two weeks but we will advise if there are any delays to your order.

OREAS Sales support team operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (AEST/GMT+10 | AEDT/GMT+11)

How do I track the shipping status of my order?

We will provide you with a tracking link by email for your order once it has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges


You may return any product you have purchased that is not faulty and in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased to receive a refund (minus any shipping fees).


We are happy to exchange items however all freight charges, custom fees and differences in product prices are the responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking fee.

Faulty Products

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. If you think a product is faulty, please contact our team and we will assist you with a replacement or suitable product substitute.
